- In 2004, while in college, Josh founded the Kaiizen Foundation serving orphaned and vulnerable children projects worldwide.
- Kaiizen has consistently served over 500 orphaned and vulnerable children in the US, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, India, South Africa, Nepal, and Eswatini.
- Josh co-founded and created Kwahka Indvodza, Eswatini's first male mentoring project in 2012. It now serves over 10,000 young men every month with various mentoring, training, and educational programs/initiatives.
- Josh now consults other NGOs and government organizations on male mentoring issues. He is currently setting up his next pilot project in Malawi in 2024.
- In 2008, Josh created an industry first humanitarian therapy program to help troubled youth in the USA. Working with treatment centers, Josh planned close to hundred humanitarian trips across the globe assisting these youth in learning the value of hard work, key socio-emotional skills and learning, alongside deeper therapeutic interventions.
- Kaiizen has led over 250 humanitarian excursions around the world with over 5,000 volunteers since its founding.
- Since 2013, Josh has maintained his own private life-coaching/mentoring practice serving between 35-40 youths at a time, nationwide. He teaches executive functioning skills, socio-emotional concepts, as well holding his clients accountable to their goals.
- Josh is a co-author of the Bang Head Here book series. Written to parents, the series guides parents back to healthier communication and cultures in their homes.
